Always know where your boat is.
A boat can move when it shouldn't. It can break free in rough weather, drift from its mooring, or be stolen. Usually, you only discover it when you're on the dock looking at an empty mooring. Unless someone is keeping an eye on it.
Munin Tracking does just that. A small, robust GPS device that sits discreetly on board and reports the boat's position home — and notifies you immediately if it moves when it shouldn't. Named after Odin's raven, which flew out over the world and returned with messages of everything it had seen.
What Munin Tracking can do
- Precise GPS position. Unlike the bilge pump monitor's approximate location, Tracking shows the boat's exact position on the map via GPS — down to a few meters in open air. You see where the boat is, not just approximately.
- Movement alarm. Set a zone around the harbor or boat berth. If the boat leaves the zone, you receive a notification on your phone immediately — protecting against drifting and theft.
- Years of battery life, zero maintenance. Tracking runs on NB-IoT with replaceable batteries and lasts for years with normal use. No charging, no cables. You set it up once.
- Robust and hidden. Waterproof casing that can withstand the marine environment. Small enough to be hidden out of sight.
Munin Tracking requires its own subscription, covering mobile connection, app, and alarms. If you already have a Munin Bilge Monitor, they can be combined in one app.
